Manor House Bollard - MHB

The Manor House decorative lighted bollard shall be aluminum, one-piece construction. The hexagon aluminum shaft base shall be constructed with rectangular windows and extended roof cap. The model shall be Hinkley Architectural Lighting MHB series.

Construction
The bollard housing shaft shall be 10” hexagon having a wall thickness of .125 and made of ASTM 6061 extruded aluminum and tempered to a T6 hardness. The bollard features six rectangular windows. The bollard cap will be cast aluminum and removable from the shaft for easy relamping. The lens shall be a one piece white acrylic for vandal resistance. The internal anchor base shall be made of heavy wall 356.2 alloy cast aluminum and shall be horizontally fastened to the bollard housing using stainless steel hardware. The overall height of the bollard shall be 44”. (For other heights, consult factory).*

Electrical
All electrical components shall be U.L. approved. H.I.D. ballasts shall be high power factor with lamp starting down to –30 degree F. Medium base porcelain sockets to be 4KV rated. The ballast/socket assembly shall be pre-wired and factory tested. Compact fluorescent ballast shall be instant start electronic with a starting temperature down to 0 degrees F. They shall have a 4-pin socket and support quad and triple tube lamps.

Optics
Optional Type V borosilicate glass refractor, Type V louver, Type V cone and a 90, 120,180 degree house-side shield.

Finish
Thermoset polyester powdercoat is applied after a five stage conversion cleaning process. Total post assembly is shipped with foam shockproof wrapping and then fully enclosed in a corrugated carton.

Installation
Four, hot-dipped galvanized “L” type anchor bolts shall be provided with the post for anchorage.

Three year limited warranty.
