MB90 Mailbox

The #1 Postal Service approved mailbox shall be constructed of ribbed galvanized steel.

Post Construction
The 3”straight smooth post shall be made of ASTM 6061 .125 extruded aluminum and tempered to a T6 hardness.

Post Top Cap and Finial Construction
The post top cap and Acorn finial shall be made of 356.2 cast aluminum alloy. It shall be secured to the post top with a stainless steel set screw.

2 Piece Cast Aluminum front Mailbox holder with Sign
The mailbox holder and arm assembly shall be made of 356.2 cast aluminum alloy. The mailbox holder shall be securely welded to the cast aluminum arm.

Newspaper box Construction
The newspaper box shall be constructed of formed .060 aluminum and shall be secured to the mailbox with stainless steel fasteners.

2 Piece Wrap Base Construction
The 70070 is 18”high and shall have a diameter of 8”and is a round base design that tapers to the fluted midsection, and be made of 356.2 cast aluminum alloy. It shall be secured to the post by four stainless steel set screws.

Pole Installation
The mailbox post is designed for direct bury installation. Check local building codes for installation in your area.

Finish
Thermoset polyester powdercoat is applied after a five stage conversion cleaning process. Total mailbox assembly is shipped with shockproof wrapping and then fully enclosed in a corrugated carton.

One year limited warranty.
