Lexington Series
The __ ft tall* decorative post shall be aluminum, one-piece construction.
The 10” diameter cast aluminum fluted base shall be constructed
with a _3_ inch diameter aluminum shaft. The model shall be Hinkley
Architectural Lighting Lexington series.
Pole Base Construction
The hexagon base design that transitions to the post with a 14”
height, and be made of heavy wall, 356.2 alloy cast aluminum. It
shall have a ¾” floor weld to become an integral part
of the base.
Pole Shaft Construction
The straight smooth, straight fluted shaft shall be made of ASTM
6061 .125 extruded aluminum and tempered to a T6 hardness.
Pole Installation
Three, hot-dipped galvanized “L” type anchor bolts shall
be provided with the post for anchorage. A door shall be provided
for wiring and anchor bolt access. It shall be secured with two,
tamper proof, stainless steel screws.
Finish
Thermoset polyester powdercoat is applied after a five stage conversion
cleaning process. Total post assembly is shipped with foam shockproof
wrapping.
