Rockefeller Flange Base Series
The __ ft tall* square post shall be aluminum, one-piece construction. The 9" or 10 ½"diameter cast aluminum, low profile base shall be constructed with a __ inch diameter aluminum shaft. The model shall be Hinkley Architectural Lighting Rockefeller Flange base series.
Pole Base Construction
The base shall be made of heavy wall, 356.2 alloy cast aluminum. It shall have a ¾" floor weld to become an integral part of the base. The anchor bolt and nut recesses in the anchor base casting shall be flush, covered by four tamper-resistant aluminum nut cover disc.
Pole Shaft Construction
The square straight smooth shaft shall be made of ASTM 6063, 4" .125 or 5" .188 extruded aluminum and tempered to a T6 hardness.
Pole Installation
Four hot-dipped galvanized "L" type anchor bolts shall be provided with the post for anchorage. A door shall be provided for wiring and anchor bolt access. It shall be secured with two, tamper proof, stainless steel screws.
Finish
Thermoset polyester powdercoat is applied after a five stage conversion cleaning process. Total post assembly is shipped with foam shockproof wrapping.
